I have arabic text (. sql pure text). When i view it in any document, it shows like this: But when i use an html document with &lt. Hello everyone , i have recently found my website with symbols like this ( 1. 2 ). This symbols come from database and should be in arabic words.

How to display encoded arabic symbols ( ) in html/application? Really i dont know what this encoding but i know it is arabic language how to convert it to unicode using c# i just tried str.
